Qualifications : - 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM ELM and RTC plugin development. - Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS). - Proven experience in creating, customizing, and maintaining ELM and RTC plugins. - In-depth understanding of IBM ELM architecture and RTC functionalities. - Experience with relational databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL Server). Must-Haves : - Extensive experience with RTC plugin development, including both client-side and server-side components. - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and consumption. - Deep understanding of Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) principles and implementation. - Strong familiarity with the IBM ELM suite of tools (e.g., DOORS Next, Workflow Management, Test Management). - Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development. Nice-to-Haves : - Knowledge of Python scripting for automation and utility development. - Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with other IBM ELM products. - Experience with build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ant).
