Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably from a manufacturing industry / IT complex Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Knowledge in adhering to statutory compliances related with industry standards Knowledge in ISO standards (e.g., OSHAS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001). What will you be doing Effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance actions aiming to upkeep the equipment availability Daily routine to monitor the operational parameters in critical equipments such as MHE, HVAC, IBMS and Other Facilities. Capable to trouble shoot and attend the failures with minimum downtime Coordination with all stake holders in facilitating meeting / Special events related with KONE Internal / Global requirement. Coordination with OEM, supplier and other service contractor to ensure on time planned service of equipments Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance records, and work orders using CMMS tool. Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technicians and service sub contractors. Assist in the planning and execution of plant shutdowns and equipment installations. Prepare technical reports, maintenance KPIs, and documentation.

Purpose of the Role Acting as a Safety Officer and to assist line Management for implementation of Safety Management system. Regular monitoring and reporting of the MIS related to safety . To fullfill the legal requirement as per W,B Factories rule 1958 and Safety officer rule 1978 under Factories Act 1948 Roles & Responsibilities Implements safety related systems and practices at the Plant in alignment with Plant Head and department head and with Fire Services; Involves in investigating major incidents. Understands incident and assesses consequences to coordinate remedial actions in alignment with the HoD and Plant Head. Ensures safety related compliances and conformances of the Plant, e.g., under Factory Rules, OSHAS, IS 14489 and those related with Electrical Safety, Lifts, storage of Petroleum products, Chlorine license etc. Liaises with concerned bodies for the same. Ensures regular communication on safety through various channels, to all employees and contractors - posters, documents (e.g., JSA), videos, speeches (e.g., Tool box talk), and caution notices. Ensures proper labeling of safety equipment. Holds safety meetings with contractors as per schedule to reinforce messages on safety. Ensures all safety and fire prevention systems and equipment are available - raises defects promptly in case of noticed abnormalities Monitor of unsafe practices and Provides feedback to contractors periodically, for their improvement. Focuses on field observations to ensure compliance with safety standards. Approves, in consultation with peers in relevant functions, contractor penalties. Proposes safety systems - equipment and processes - to reduce hazard in specific areas Ensures the risk-prone daily jobs are studied by the team to reduce their risks Invites, initiates and facilitates audits, meetings and studies to help identify improvement opportunities Key Competencies Conversant with the safety system and activities in large industry. Excellent coordination and communication skills for implementation and monitoring of safety procedures. Lead the safety promotional activities, trainings and meetings with various group of people.

Role & responsibilities 9. To Capture the Revex Expenditure on the point of Maintenance - Major critical spares expenses factory premises and preserve it 2. Identify the CTQ / CTD machinery in the plant data from PPC & Production & QC 3. Need to maintain the Critical Spares 24x7 4. Mc Daily check sheet data to be captured which will be recorded by Production 5. Prepare the Preventive Maintenance schedule and assign the team to do and record it 6. Maintain the History Card 7. Do the scheduling for Predictive Maintenance with identified Spare materials 8. To Capture MTTR / MTBF data and do the action to improve it 9. To Capture the Revex Expenditure on the point of Maintenance - Major critical spares expenses 10. Availability part to be ensured at the benchmark level in OEE category 11. Maintain the Noise pollution wrt mc operation within OSHAS standards 12. Do the Coordination with Mc supplier if the major complaint arise along with Purchase department and resolve it 13. Checking Datasheet, performance curve, ITP,PO etc documents for internal testing or party inspection and give feed back to concern. 3. Internal testing & TPI of 100% pumps as per PO and ITP,PR,PO of client.Follow up for approved documents as required. 4. Supervision and Guidance in pump testing laboratory with minimum work force . 5. Report generation and review of report from third party inspector and submission in Time . 6. 5s, OSHAS,ISO documentation and conducting ISO audits.Keep all measuring instruments updated and calibrated. 7. Testing of KEPL pump in KBL HRC lab as and when required. 8. Preparation & maintaining data of cost saving & energy conservation. 9. Give impeller cut down in advance as per MOP and Quartertly plan. 10. Arrange for resources and consumables for testing of pumps in future as and when required.Also maintain all testing equipment in Good condition for operation. 10.
