Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, including tariffs, duties, and export controls. You will be responsible for : Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and shift details Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Finance departments for smooth payroll operations Handle full and final settlements (F&F), bonus, arrears, and other adjustments Ensure timely generation of payslips, Form 16, and payroll reports Reconcile payroll-related entries with the finance team Address employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and tax Keep updated with changes in payroll laws and statutory obligations Assist in audits and maintain required payroll documentation Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce / HR / Finance or related field 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing (preferably in a manufacturing setup) Knowledge of payroll software/tools (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho, or similar) Understanding of Indian statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
