Job Profile:

We, at Satopradhan seeking a dedicated and experienced Organic Farm Manager to oversee our organic farm's day-to-day operations and long-term success. As an Organic Farm Manager, you will manage all aspects of farm production, ensure compliance with organic certification standards, and promote sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan crop rotations, monitor soil health, and implement organic farming techniques.
• Develop seasonal planting and harvesting schedules.
• Manage pest and disease control using organic-approved methods.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and farm infrastructure.
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and resource planning.
• Lead and train farm staff, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Continuously improve farming practices through research and experimentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
• Proven organic farming management experience and a strong understanding of organic certification standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture and farm machinery

Salary: 15k to 18k

Working hours: 9 hours including Lunch break

Work Location: Vill.Khankot, Amritsar.
