This role requires a proactive and fast-moving individual who can take ownership of content strategy, Canva design, and AI-led systems building. Your key responsibilities will include building and managing the Founder's content calendar and social media presence, strategizing monthly content plans for ThinkWhy, designing brand-aligned content using Canva, developing and managing content systems incorporating AI workflows, defining content pillars while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and analyzing performance metrics to drive iterative improvements using a combination of data and intuition. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-2 years of experience in content strategy or creation, preferably in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or branding space. Strong Canva skills and an eye for aesthetics are essential, along with experience in content operations and system building. A bias for action, ownership mindset, proficiency in data-led decision-making, and storytelling instincts are also crucial for success in this position.
