The client, a global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, is looking for an experienced professional to join their team in the Human Resources department. With a strong presence in over 167 countries, the company specializes in providing technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation for businesses worldwide. As a qualified candidate, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR systems such as PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You should also have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM implementation, preferably in large-scale implementations with a focus on configurations. Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, and Data loader is essential for this role. Additionally, experience working in Agile teams and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines are required. You should demonstrate proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, along with a team and customer service provision orientation.
