Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll, ensuring alignment with business requirements.- Utilize strong PL/SQL and SQL knowledge to develop and maintain technical solutions.- Apply Fast Formula knowledge to design payroll rules and processes.- Work with Archive/BIP to create reports and support business needs.- Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical design and development.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular progress updates and effort estimates.- Adhere to coding standards and ensure technical solutions are optimized and scalable.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain preferred.- Minimum of 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.- A total of 5+ years of experience in Oracle-related roles.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.- Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
