We are looking for a skilled Oracle DBA with 3 to 6 years of experience in performance tuning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing database performance and ensuring high availability. Roles and Responsibility Design, implement, and manage database architectures to support business requirements. Develop and maintain database performance tuning strategies to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues. Monitor and analyze database performance metrics to identify improvement areas. Implement data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance issues. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Oracle database management systems and performance tuning techniques. Experience with database design, implementation, and management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with database security and access control mechanisms.
