Job Description

Role Overview: Senior Associate Oracle CPQ (510 years experience)

Key Purpose:

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Oracle CPQ solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into CPQ configurations and customizations using BML, Document Designer, and integrations.
- Lead or co-lead client communications, understand business processes, and drive requirements gathering and solutioning.
- Oversee quality assurance and code reviews, ensuring deliverables meet organizational and client expectations.
- Actively mentor junior team members and delegate tasks to grow team capability.
- Participate in full SDLC of CPQ implementations, from requirements to go-live and support.
- Uphold firm values by modeling ethical decision-making, communication clarity, and professional conduct.
Functional Skills Required
- Quote to Cash / CRM to ERP cycle expertise
- Hands-on with CPQ modules:
  - Product Configuration
  - Commerce Process
  - Pricing Rules & Setups
  - Document Designer & Reporting
- BML (Big Machines Language)
- ATO / PTO
- Integration experience with ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud)
- ABO (Asset-Based Ordering)
- Onshore-Offshore delivery models
- Stakeholder communication and client-facing capabilities
Technical Skills Required
- Languages & Frameworks:
  - HTML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, AJAX
- Integration & Web Services:
  - SOAP / RESTful Web Services, CPQ-ERP & CPQ-CRM integrations
- BML Coding:
  - Strong in writing and debugging BML scripts inside Oracle CPQ
- Document Designer & XSL:
  - Capable of adding complex XSL snippets for dynamic document generation
- Package Management:
  - ABO
- Design & Documentation:
  - Create technical design documents, functional specs, and user guides
