As a Production and Service Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, fitting, testing, calibration, and servicing of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are completed according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to deliver high-quality products to our valued G-Tek customers within the expected standards and timelines. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma in Electronic and Communication Engineering. Your key deliverables will include performing assembly, testing, fitting, machine operation, material handling, and maintaining accurate data records. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Incoming Quality Check (IQC) and Outgoing Quality Check (OQC), prioritizing personal safety and compliance, providing customer support both online and offline, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Your daily tasks will involve reviewing work orders, issuing materials from the store, assembling products based on product codes and SOPs, conducting final tests on products, and recording necessary data. You will also be required to inspect finished products and components for quality assurance, interact with customers for repairs and service, and maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation and production area. Furthermore, your performance will be measured based on key metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY) data exceeding 99%, on-time production exceeding 95%, inside warranty turnaround time of less than 3 days, and 100% compliance with on-time data filling and entry.
