You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on Stock Markets and Options Market, creating Training Modules, Study Notes, and video content for Online sessions. Additionally, you will conduct Practical sessions on technical analysis during live market hours for customers. Addressing complex client queries in real-time and ensuring an exceptional user experience will be a crucial part of your role. Collaborating with Sales and Product teams to handle technical aspects of the sales process and gathering client feedback to enhance product development will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will work closely with management on new product development and training initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of Equity Derivatives, advanced technical analysis, and the ability to share this knowledge effectively with peers and customers. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, expertise in Presentation, Training & Development, and proficiency in training delivery both online and offline are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with a profound knowledge of financial markets gained through personal and professional experiences, are required. Previous appearances on Business News, Podcasts, YouTube, etc., would be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree and have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a technical client-facing role, training, or customer handling.,
