Job Description

Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and accessories. Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and prescriptions. Upsell additional features such as coatings, premium lenses, or warranty options. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear and optical products. Understand and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various products. Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to replenish inventory. Ensure accurate entry of customer orders and prescriptions into the system. Coordinate with labs or suppliers for timely delivery of customized eyewear. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Track and report sales performance to the management team. Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
