Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Consultant specializing in Monitoring and Observability to design, implement, and optimize monitoring solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in monitoring, observability and IT service management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability by creating robust observability architectures and leveraging modern monitoring tools. Primary Responsibilities: Design end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions to provide comprehensive visibility into infrastructure, applications, and networks. Implement monitoring tools and frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpsRamp, Dynatrace, New Relic) to track key performance indicators and system health metrics. Integration of monitoring and observability solutions with IT Service Management Tools. Develop and deploy dashboards, alerts, and reports to proactively identify and address system performance issues. Architect scalable observability solutions to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring systems into CI/CD pipelines. Continuously optimize monitoring configurations and thresholds to minimize noise and improve incident detection accuracy. Automate alerting, remediation, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize AIOps and machine learning capabilities for intelligent incident management and predictive analytics. Work closely with business stakeholders to define monitoring requirements and success metrics. Document monitoring architectures, configurations, and operational procedures. Required Skills: Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform development principles and experience with programming languages such as Python, Ansible, for developing custom scripts. Strong knowledge of monitoring frameworks, logging systems (ELK stack, Fluentd), and tracing tools (Jaeger, Zipkin) along with the OpenSource solutions like Prometheus, Grafana. Extensive experience with monitoring and observability solutions such as OpsRamp, Dynatrace, New Relic, must have worked with ITSM integration (e.g. integration with ServiceNow, BMC remedy, etc.) Working experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of API integration with the monitoring tools. Familiarity with AIOps and machine learning techniques for anomaly detection and incident prediction. Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks. Familiarity with security monitoring and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to debug and troubleshoot complex automation issues.

About The Role : Primarily responsible for responding to RFIs/RFPs and proposing solutions in the domains of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps, encompassing infrastructure and application monitoring, event management, analytics, machine learning, automation, orchestration, server and network automation tools across Data Centre, Cloud, Network, and EUC towers. Engage proactively with customers, understand their tool estates, and pitch next-generation solution areas that deliver business value. Collaborate with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers to create solution documentation, pricing models, and appropriate presales collateral as part of RFI and RFP submissions based on stated requirements within the assigned team. Prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite oral discussions, mutual value discovery sessions, ensuring all messages are aligned with Wipro''s solution strategy or win themes. Review solutions for alignment with Wipro Pricing and Effort Estimation Models based on experience. Lead discussions as a Tools Architect during due diligence, contract closures, and renewals, including compliance requirements and sign-off on technical Statements of Work (SOWs) and service levels specific to BSM and AIOPS. Manage interactions with partners such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, HP, Microfocus, BMC, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for responding to RFIs/RFPs and proposing solutions to customers in the areas of ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM (Monitoring, Observability, AIOPS, Service Management, Asset Management, and Automation). Create differentiated tool solutions powered by products such as Splunk AI ops, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, OpsRamp, Moogsoft AI ops, BMC, Microfocus, Microsoft, SolarWinds, Evolven, and others. Ensure proactive engagement with customers to understand their tool estates and pitch next-generation solution areas delivering business value. Work with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers to enable the creation of solution documentation, pricing, and appropriate presales collateral as part of RFI and RFP submissions based on stated requirements within the assigned team. Prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite oral discussions and mutual value discovery sessions ensuring all messages align with Wipros solution strategy or win themes. Competency Building and Branding Ensure completion of necessary trainings and certifications Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs),case studies, demos etc. for new growth areas based on market and customer research? Develop and present a point of view of Wipro on solution design and architect by writing white papers, blogs etc. Attain market references and recognition through highest analyst rankings, client testimonials and partner credits? Be the voice of Wipros Thought Leadership by speaking in forums (internal and external)?
