We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Design Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence through captivating visual content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury lifestyle brands, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities for Graphic Designer:

• Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print advertisements, digital assets, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Produce high-quality graphics that maintain brand consistency and elevate the Stanley Lifestyles brand identity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve design outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively, within design specifications and budget restrictions.
• Provide creative input and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Manage and build a team to be experts in the field
• Liaison with the internal team across divisions and with external vendors for projects/jobs.
  

Qualifications for Graphic Designer:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, visual communications, or related field
• 10 years+ of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a luxury lifestyle industry
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other relevant graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects, with an emphasis on luxury branding and visual storytelling
• Good communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent eye for detail with a focus on precision
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
