Department: Production / Manufacturing Location: Chandanvelly Industrial Park Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Head Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated fresher CNC Machine Operator to join our furniture and fixtures manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality wood, metal, or composite components used in furniture production. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines as per instructions. Load raw materials and monitor the machining process for quality and efficiency. Follow production drawings and CAD/CAM files for cutting, shaping, and finishing. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines. Inspect finished products using measuring tools like calipers and gauges. Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs. Coordinate with design and assembly teams for process improvements. Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or related field. 0–1 year experience (freshers encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of machine operations, tools, and measurement instruments. Willingness to learn CAD/CAM interface and CNC programming basics. Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of wood or metal machining processes. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Work Conditions: 8-hour shifts; overtime if required. Workshop environment with exposure to machinery noise and dust. Safety gear (PPE) must be worn at all times.
