Job Description

Job role : Operations Shift Incharge Location : Chakan, Pune Job Summary: The Operations Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient functioning of logistics operations during their assigned shift. This role involves managing a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, coordinating shipments, ensuring safety and compliance standards, and resolving operational issues promptly to meet delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all logistics and warehouse activities during the shift. Manage and support the shift team to ensure operational targets are met. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movements, and order processing. Enforce safety protocols, security measures, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate shift reports, inventory records, and incident documentation. Resolve operational issues and delays promptly to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate effectively with other departments such as procurement and customer service. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
