Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-friendly Operation Executive to help us grow our B2B employer partnerships. Your main job is to find new partner companies, explain how Mykare can benefit their employees, and keep those partnerships strong and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential B2B clients (companies, HR teams, etc.)
• Set up and attend intro meetings with decision-makers
• Present Mykare’s services and close partnership deals
• Help onboard the new partner and their employees to the platform
• Be the main point of contact for all partner companies
• Build strong relationships with HR/admin teams
• Work closely with our internal teams (tech, operations, support) to deliver great service
• Monitor client engagement and gather feedback for improvements
• Make sure partners are happy, active, and stay with us long term

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in account management, business development, or partnerships (experience in healthcare or B2B services is a plus)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and relationship skills are also encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• A positive, problem-solving attitude focused on client success
• Comfortable working with different teams and keeping everyone on the same page
