Key Responsibilities: Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Review and validate KYC documents, including identification, address proof, and income verification. Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information in our systems. Review and validate loan documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Handle TVR calls from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries. Verify customer information and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
