Operations Executive

You will be joining a reputed 360 activations/event marketing agency as an Operations Executive for the regions of Chennai and Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include executing and managing on-ground event activations and fabrication setups according to project timelines and standards. You will be required to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to ensure smooth coordination and delivery. Conducting recce and site assessments, planning logistics and deployment effectively, as well as supervising on-ground teams to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and brand guidelines will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely material dispatch, fabrication readiness, and on-site execution, while maintaining project documentation, reporting, and post-event closure. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in on-ground activations and fabrication. Strong operational, execution, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A willingness to travel extensively and work in flexible shifts, including weekends, is mandatory. Proactive and self-driven individuals with a strong sense of ownership will be preferred. Knowledge of the local vendor and fabricator network will be considered an added advantage. The ability to multitask under pressure and deliver within tight timelines is crucial for success in this role.
