As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the academy's operations, from managing day-to-day activities to planning and executing marketing campaigns. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in building strong relationships with players, coaches, and other stakeholders. Your team management abilities will ensure that all staff members are working together efficiently towards our goals. Key responsibilities: 1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize the academy's performance 2. Managing the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, games, and events 3. Working with coaches, trainers, and administrative personnel 4. Collaborating with the sales team to promote the academy and attract new players 5. Planning and overseeing player recruitment and development programs 6. Monitoring and evaluating the academy's performance and quality to identify areas for improvement 7.
