Operations & Client Support Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update reports and data using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation). Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports as required. Interact with clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings to address queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues or requests promptly. Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of client communications. Assist in data analysis and process improvement using Excel tools. Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or similar fields). Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including advanced functions, formatting, pivot tables, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities. Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Preferred Skills (optional): Knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, or project management software. Experience in data visualization or report automation. Previous client-facing or support role experience.
