Position Summary The Business Operations Strategist at NxtWave is a pivotal role responsible for translating strategic visions from leadership into actionable, detailed operational plans. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. At least 5-6 years of progressive experience in operations strategy or business operations, with a preference for backgrounds in tech or educational sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception through to completion. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data to make balanced decisions. Strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication skills, the capacity to influence at various levels, and the ability to build and lead teams effectively. A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a robust problem-solving acumen. Location Hyderabad, India (This position requires office-based work)
