The key responsibilities for this position include serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for implementing changes and supporting Enterprise Content Management (ECM) activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the uptime, maintenance, and security of applications and systems. Additionally, you will lead a team that handles associated business processes, conducts business process studies, and collaborates with the business team to review requirements and specifications. You will also be involved in drafting RFPs and RFQs, evaluating solutions from vendors, and leading testing efforts to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Effective planning, prioritization, and project management skills are crucial for managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining CMDB assets and providing access to end users based on roles and authorization policies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in OpenText Content Suite/ECM version 16.x, Content Server, and Archive Server. Proficiency in Content server workflows, forms, Oscript, smart UI widget configuration, OpenText Live, Web report development, and integration with SAP is required. Experience in data migration to OpenText platform, version upgrades, and OpenText modules such as Workflows, WebReports, and Live Report is essential. Familiarity with SAP and Business Object configurations, ECM deployment phases, and OpenText Content Server REST API knowledge is beneficial. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in OpenText ECM, including Extended ECM and content server development, as well as experience in ECM implementation and migration projects. Knowledge of document management systems, SDLC, ISO/CMM, ITIL certifications, and the ability to provide end-to-end application or system support independently are desirable qualities for this role.,
