Job Title - Sr. RPA Developer Location: Mohali, Sector 66 Experience: 3 - 6 years Job Description We are looking for an RPA Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath Orchestrator or Automation Anywhere. Must have experience in Agile development. Desired Technical Skills 3+ years of experience in robotic process automation (RPA) with demonstrable experience using one or more of these tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere. Robot developer UiPath RPA Developer certification preferred Experience with deploying code packages from AWS and Oracle Cloud to UiPath Orchestrator environments preferred Experience with UiPath Studio/Studio Pro preferred Experience with OpenRPA & Power automate Experience programming (VB, C#, .NET) preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to create solution architecture designs Independent thinker with strong organization, prioritization, and planning skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Customer-service mindset with the desire to add value to the company Comfortable leading meetings and conducting requirements sessions as needed Understanding and ability to work under Agile project delivery methodologies as software developer Desired General Skills Strong experience developing and maintaining RPA automations Solid understanding of how to use technology to automate business processes Basic to advanced knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools; Agile experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience developing user acceptance test cases and conducting user acceptance testing Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service Demonstrated experience documenting work processes and business rules Demonstrated experience in solving problems of a technical nature Demonstrated ability to work independently without close supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present and influence views in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner Ability to support maintenance needs outside standard business hours as needed.
