Role & responsibilities Collecting required documentation from applicants and following up on missing items Ensuring that all customer files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies Making recommendations for procedural changes to increase efficiency Assisting with special projects as requested and performing additional duties as required Processing files from opening through closing of each loan Gathering and verifying financial information Reviewing and analyzing credit reports Interviewing, assessing, and researching loan applicants Finalizing all the documentation for the closing process Guiding borrowers through the first step of loan processing Passing the loan files through to the underwriter once the paperwork is finalized Preferred candidate profile 1.Any Degree Must 2.Candidate Should experience in Collection dept, Retail and Micro Mortage. 3.Minimum 6 Month -3 yrs Need 4.Two-wheeler with License Must 5.Adhar, Pan, Education and Employment Certificate need. Location: Kumbakonam, Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Thirupananthaal. Adudhurai,Poonthottam,Vedharanyam, Thiruthuraipoondi, Jeyankondam
