Job Description:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage job postings and ensure visibility across relevant platforms
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
