We are currently seeking an Ads manager to take charge of digital advertising campaigns particularly on Google Ads and contribute to lead generation, growth, and measurable outcomes across client accounts working for Meta ads.

This role is suited for someone with hands-on experience, a clear understanding of platform mechanics, and a mindset geared towards continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) as needed
  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS)
  • Write or refine ad copies and coordinate with the creative team
  • Monitor ad performance, flag issues early, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Maintain campaign budgets, track results, and prepare periodic performance reports
  • Stay informed about updates on ad platforms and adjust campaigns to align with policy changes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
  • Working knowledge in Meta Ads and Google Ads and platform tools
  • Practical familiarity with Meta Ads (doesnt need to be a specialist)
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or clients
  • Structured, accountable, and able to deliver results independently

Preferred Experience

  • Background in marketing for healthcare, wellness, or D2C products
  • Experience managing ad spends above ?2,00,000 per month
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Previous work in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment
