As we expand, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Online Bidder to join our team and help us acquire new clients through various freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on potential projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
• Write custom proposals tailored to client requirements to maximize conversion.
• Understand the scope of work, analyze client requirements, and communicate effectively with the technical team.
• Maintain client communication during and after the bidding process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Update CRM or internal tracking systems with all lead and bidding activities.
• Research market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online bidding or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital services (web development, mobile apps, SEO, ads, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to craft persuasive and tailored proposals.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and bidding strategies.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation.
• Basic understanding of technical stacks like MERN, WordPress, Shopify, etc.
