About the company We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots. Were looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description. The Success Factors Solution Architect is expected to have a deep understanding of and is responsible for providing expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily in EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS (min of at least 3 module experience needed). He/she is responsible with the analysis, design and implementation of SAP solutions that meet business requirements. Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution design for SAP SuccessFactors modules in compliance with the best practices Designing, implementing, and maintaining the SAP solutions that support the business processes Provide consulting services to clients in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience Subject matter expert, with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS modules Collaborating with project manager, SuccessFactors module leads, configuration and development teams to design the best solution to the client Delivery of workable solution, with primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules, to meet clients business requirements Carry out all phases of the project: Prepare, Explore, Realise (including configuration and testing) and Deploy (including data migration and data management activities in SF), as well as transition to Support Adhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability, and deliver within time constraints Evaluating project solution constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solutions Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals, and conducting demonstrations and presentations Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues Keeping abreast of the latest SAP technologies and solutions Ability to define solution to meet customer requirement Strong demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills and managing workshops Established experience working on customer sites managing and delivering quality technical services against formal service levels and timeframes Capability in establishing and maintaining good and effective relationships, including with clients, and working collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individuals Ability to provide leadership and mentoring
