Qualifications & Skills For this role, we are looking for individuals with an academic background in pursuing or recently completing B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc. in ECE, EEE, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field. Additionally, candidates with an MBA (completed or in progress) are highly preferred, particularly if coupled with a technical undergraduate degree. Essential technical foundations include the ability to flash firmware to microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, ST Nucleo), proficiency in basic C/C++ or Python, experience with Git, and familiarity with common sensors/actuators. Strong project management and communication skills are also vital, including the ability to plan tasks, manage deadlines, create concise documentation, and communicate effectively in English. Key Responsibilities Technical work - Configure, test, and document Arduino boards, sensors, edge-AI add-ons, and other lab hardware. - Collaborate on developing quick-start guides, sample code, and Git repositories. - Provide support to faculty and students during prototype reviews, hackathons, and troubleshooting sessions. - Contribute to the strategic planning of the KPMG CoE. Managerial / coordination work - Monitor inventory, handle purchase requests, maintain logs, and ensure MoU deliverables are met. - Coordinate workshops, webinars, and guest lectures with KPMG and Arduino experts. - Prepare succinct progress reports, budget updates, and success-story briefs for stakeholders. - Engage with CoE coordinators in partner institutions to gather feedback and evaluate impact.
