Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, masonry, and finishing works. Read and interpret civil drawings, layout plans, and work specifications to ensure proper execution on site. Allocate work to skilled and unskilled laborers, and monitor their performance to ensure productivity and quality. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Safety Officers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower records, and report site issues or delays to the project manager. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and construction schedules. Oversee usage and handling of construction tools, equipment, and materials on site. Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to specifications. Assist in identifying potential construction issues or delays and help resolve them promptly. Support the planning of site logistics, material storage, and manpower deployment efficiently.
