Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) Developer who can go beyond traditional development work to act as a consultant partnering with business stakeholders, configuring data, and shaping optimal SFSC solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and a strong understanding of customer service processes, combined with the ability to advise, configure, and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs. Duties to be performed 3+ Years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales, Service and Communities. Case Management through Email2Case, Web2Case and Chat2Case. Expert in building LWC and managing components support multiple Countries and multi-language selections. Hands on Omni Channel Implementation, skill-based case routing. Live Agent Chat integrations with help Desk, chat to case hands on implementation. Knowledge Articles management and Visibility in Experience Cloud. Expert with Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs and Integrations. Local translations expert and to configure dynamic translations. Hands on creating Search engines and optimization. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Experience with working in Agile methodology, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. Strong communicational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Service cloud consultant. Nice to Have : • Salesforce Certified App Builder. • Salesforce Certified Administrator. • Salesforce Certified Experience cloud consultant (community Cloud). Hands on CTI Integration and customizations.
