Job description Responsible for legal compliance and implementation of the standards all across the organization. Develop and implement policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment including the tactical deployment of EHS strategy, systems, training, risk management processes, responsible for accidents & incidents investigation, incident prevention and management, and emergency preparedness, This role ensures alignment with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), Areas of Responsibility Develop and implement HSE policies, SOPs, and management systems in alignment with company goals and legal regulations. Ensure statutory compliance related to Safety, Health & Environment under applicable laws (Factories Act, Environment Protection Act, etc.). Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across the site/project locations. Lead incident/accident investigations and ensure timely closure of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Develop and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and workers. Coordinate with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters. Ensure emergency preparedness by conducting regular mock drills, safety campaigns, and toolbox talks. Maintain and analyze HSE data, generate reports, and present them to management. Drive behavioral safety and safety culture across all levels of the organization. Experience in heavy industrial sectors like Mining, Power, Cement, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure Projects.
