Proficiency in English comprehension is required, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The candidate should be willing to adapt to different shift timings and should be capable of conducting sessions and providing On-the-Job Training support. In terms of responsibilities, the selected candidate will be required to assist team members with their queries and take ownership of their targets and goals.
