We are looking for a passionate and experienced Oil & Gas Operations Manager to join our growing team and lead critical infrastructure projects with excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily oil and gas operations at the port facility. Ensure full compliance with international HSE and regulatory standards. Optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency. Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet production targets and project milestones. Prepare project reports, risk assessments, and performance reviews. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and external agencies. Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Candidate Profile: Bachelor's or Master's in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. Minimum 5 years of oil & gas industry experience , with 2+ years in a managerial capacity . Strong knowledge of oil and gas processes, environmental compliance, and HSE regulations. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
