Purpose of the Role: To manage and execute operational tasks related to Sales Talent Acquisition, including bulk release of offer letters, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate recruitment records to support timely hiring and smooth joining of sales personnel. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, verify, and release bulk offer letters for sales hires in coordination with recruitment and HR teams. Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding trackers, including offer acceptance status, joining dates, and documentation completion. Respond to candidate and internal stakeholder queries related to offer letters, joining processes, and onboarding status. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures during offer release and onboarding. Generate and share regular reports on hiring progress and onboarding status with relevant teams. Support other Sales HR operational functions as required. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Experience: 24 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment operations, or talent acquisition support, preferably in sales or volume hiring environments.
