Role & responsibilities Develop and implement eCommerce merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to improve online merchandising effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing product presentations. Manage seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Optimize product categorization and search functionality on the eCommerce platform for an enhanced customer experience. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability online. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and industry best practices to inform merchandising strategies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, preferably in the luxury goods sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and content management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey concepts clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand alignment. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
