The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst position involves actively participating in establishing and implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main goal will be to contribute to activities related to applications systems analysis and programming. Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, documenting, and releasing stories as part of the development team. You will review code work for accuracy and functionality, apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications, and work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to ensure the delivery of quality software within project schedules. Additionally, you will proactively communicate risks, bottlenecks, problems, and concerns to the Tech Lead and Scrum master. Furthermore, you will analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, perform testing and debugging, and utilize your knowledge of applications development procedures to identify necessary system enhancements. You must be able to work with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment and autonomy, and assess risks when making business decisions. To qualify for this role, you should have 4-8 years of programming/development experience in Frontend Full Stack Development. Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS3/SASS, Bootstrap, and SQL is required. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira is also necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.
