Job Summary : Millennium IT Training Institute is seeking an energetic and multitasking Office Boy to support daily office operations and assist in marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling diverse tasks, including office maintenance and field mobilization for marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities : ● Perform general office tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining office premises. ● Assist the marketing team with fieldwork, such as flyer distribution and mobilization in residential and commercial areas. ● Support office functions, including managing supplies and running errands as needed. ● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. ● Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor. Qualifications and Skills : ● Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. ● 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory. ● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. ● Basic communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
