As a Bulk Recruiter (BPO Hiring) at Foundever located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, you will be part of the Internal Sourcing & Vendor Management Team. We are seeking dedicated recruiters with a strong background in bulk/BPO hiring to join our expanding team. Your main responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of candidates. You will be in charge of managing job portals, coordinating with vendors, and conducting mass/volume hiring specifically for Customer Support roles in the International Process domain. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with technical and client interview panels, demonstrating a solid understanding of stakeholder management and facilitating offer rollouts. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in bulk/mass hiring within the BPO/voice process industry. You should possess expertise in recruiting for International Processes, exhibit a quick turnaround time with high closure ratios, and have prior experience in Vendor Management and implementing effective Sourcing Strategies.
