Odoo Technical Lead

As an Odoo Technical Lead with over 5 years of experience in Odoo development, you will play a crucial role in project development, leading technical teams, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP systems. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with business requirements while upholding top-notch coding standards and system architecture. You will lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, design scalable Odoo solutions, develop custom modules, features, and integrations, and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices. Integrating Odoo with third-party applications, overseeing deployment processes, providing technical support post-implementation, and creating technical documentation will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation. Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and strong knowledge of the Odoo framework, ORM, workflows, and report customization are essential technical skills required. Experience with PostgreSQL, database management, Odoo integration with third-party systems, leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, communication proficiency, familiarity with Odoo.sh and cloud-based hosting, knowledge of agile development methodologies, and Odoo certification (a plus) are also desired qualifications.
