As a Montessori Teacher, your responsibilities will include observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children's learning in the classroom setting. Patience, exceptional observational skills, effective communication, and diagnostic abilities are important qualities. You should be capable of multitasking, remaining composed under pressure, and treating everyone with love and respect. Strong planning and organizational skills are required, as well as a commitment to continual learning to serve as a positive role model for children.
