Job Title: QA Analyst / QA Engineer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2 to 6 Years Notice Period: Immediate to Max 15 Days Openings: 10 Key Skills: OBPM (Oracle Banking Payments Module) MX (SWIFT Payment Formats) SWIFT Payments QA Testing & Validation Job Summary: We are seeking QA Analysts/Engineers with 2 to 6 years of experience in testing payment systems, specifically OBPM and SWIFT formats (MT/MX). The role involves validating complex payment workflows and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will: Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions Present recommendations for resolving business problems Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules Provide information about communication between business and technology teams Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 3+ years of User Acceptance Testing in banking domain 2+ years of working experience in testing payments application Working experience with any of these applications - FCUBS/OBPM/OBLM Participate in Business Requirement Document and Functional Specification Document Reviews Creation of test case/scenarios and perform test execution Provide Defect triage, Test summary and Test Status Reporting and Utilization. Conduct meetings and reviews as required with relevant stakeholders. Participate in all the Scrum Rituals - Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Planning & Retrospective. Engage & collaborate with end users as part of End User Testing. Ensure Strict adherence to timelines and focus on deliverables

Based on the understanding of the requirement, prepare solution with the development team and prepare the Functional Specification Document for the requirement. During the test cycle, prepare the test cases , map the FS to the test scenarios, execute the use case scenarios and ensure the Business requirement is met. Should have experience in leading the team and adhere to SDLC process Good Knowledge of Treasury - FX, MM and SE modules Good Knowledge of accounting concepts Experience in SDLC/STLC - Should have ability to learn new areas in Banking domain and contribute - Training/Presentation Skills Exposure to defect tracking tool like JIRA. Conduct product walk through Learn and contribute towards test automation - Ensure quality of the deliverable Preparation of effective test plans, execution and track closure of defects" - Ability interact with various stake holders and apply functional knowledge in the projects assigned Ability to convert requirements to solution/functional specification Ensure quality of the deliverables - Preparation of effective test plans, execution and track closure of defects Ability to learn the automation tools and contribute towards achieving greater amount of automation
