Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Financial modules and will be leading a team. Design, configure, and implement Oracle EBS Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, EB Tax Work closely with business users to provide functional support and training. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions or enhancements. Develop and maintain functional documentation including MD50, BR100, and test scripts. Perform functional testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Support end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules (R12.x preferred). Experience in full lifecycle implementations and post-production support. Familiarity with localization setups (e.g., India Localization, GST). Basic understanding of technical components (APIs, Interfaces, Tables) to collaborate effectively with technical teams. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
