Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and administer all O365 services with hands-on experience in core services such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange and other O365 core services. Ensure smooth operation and security of messaging and collaboration tools. Monitor and optimize O365 services to enhance performance and user experience. Collaborate with internal teams to manage policies, compliance, and configurations related to O365. Assist in user management, license allocation, and access controls for O365 applications. Implement and maintain best practices for O365 administration. Skills Required: ? Must-Have: Hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange & Core O365 services. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills (oral and written). ? Good-to-Have: Experience in O365 security, compliance, and governance. Knowledge of automation and scripting for O365 administration. Understanding of ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
