Job Description Job Role: Handling Operation & Maintenance activity of Wind Turbine Generators(Gamesa Model) at the site. To keep close monitoring of all machines at the site. Having good knowledge of SAP system. Having good knowledge of Excel for maintaining daily MIS report at site. At least 2-3 Years of experience in same Gamesa-WTG G97 & G114 model. Maintain Records of errors and breakdown of Machines at the site. Scheduling & Executing of preventive maintenance of WTG’s. Having good knowledge & maintenance practices of WTG’s Electrical/Mechanical Equipment’s. Detection and rectification of the system breakdowns. Coordinate with cross functional team and department for resource arrangement & smooth operations of the site. Knowledge of all safety protocols & practices follow during activity at site.

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Site Administrations as per corporate Guidelines / Follow ups with local authorities Viz: EB, Other Admin bodies. Benchmarking and Analysis of PIs such as Generation, losses, auxiliary power consumption, equipment availability, PR etc to maximize plant efficiency. Follow Up with Customer on JMR and Receivables. Monitoring and verifying proper Project Handover and takeover as per scope, protocols and procedures. Managing plant financial issues like imprest recoupment, contract payments with HO. Ensuring compliance to Preventive Maintenance schedule of Plant equipment. Maintaining list of plant related issues and taking up with engineering, contracts, accounts, environment etc. Liasioning with local communities, Contactors, Suppliers. Planning of spares/ Man power/Budget Resource allocation and optimum utilization of resource. Contract management, tracking monitoring and ensuring adherence of SLA as per contract obligation. Administering contract & payment system for contracts. Energy auditing & reduction of Power Loss through audit and review.

Job Description Supervising and verifying preventive maintenance as per schedule for solar power plant equipment’s e.g. Modules, Inverters. Checking inverters and Strings for faults and related. Rectifications, checking and rectification of defective strings and modules. Supervising any breakdown maintenance. Coordinating with OEMs for spares, AMC, warranty and service requests. Contract Management. Upkeep of SCADA and WMS. Monitoring of SCADA and WMS parameters and point out faults to maintenance technicians. Verification of module cleaning as per schedule. JMR Ensuring Project Handover and takeover as per scope, protocols and procedures. Maintaining list of plant related issues and taking up with engineering, contracts, accounts, environment etc. Liasioning with local communities, Contactors, Suppliers. Management of spares/ Man power/Budget Energy auditing & reduction of Power Loss through audit and review. Holding operational meeting with plant and HO Analytics of various plant performance parameters with respect to Plant design (PV syst). Carrying out analysis on case to case basis as required to examine performance efficiency/shortfall if any. Overall data management and MIS reporting for all operational plants.
