Role & responsibilities The primary focus is on serving the current customer base. Hunting for new customers. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to regional sales & operations team. Efficient stock order planning to ensure stock levels are adequate to meet demand of channel partners and while minimizing cost and avoiding overstocking. Review past sales, Fast-moving vs slow moving items, set reordering levels for ordering. Lead negotiations with partner (RITTAL) to secure sales deals Ensure effective communication and alignment of sales objectives, processes, and product offerings. Required Skills B.Tech/B.E/Dipl degree in engineering Electrical, electronics, Instrumentation Experience in selling electrical products. 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical product sales. Individual performer, Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving customer success. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
