Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc(Science) degree with BSN (Bachelor's in Science). Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a nurse educator or professor. Strong teaching skills with ability to develop engaging lesson plans. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and patients.

The role requires travel across India for onsite hospital training. Roles Responsibilities 1. Team Training Development Continuously train the Sales and Operations field teams on product features, operational SOPs, and effective client engagement strategies. Conduct structured onboarding programs for new joiners in Sales and Operations, equipping them with necessary knowledge to excel in their roles. 2. Nursing Educator Training Conduct onsite training for nursing educators at partner hospitals, ensuring comprehensive understanding of product features, protocols, and SOPs. Provide ongoing guidance and refreshers to nursing staff as required. 3. Training Content Knowledge Management Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to create and maintain training materials, SOP documents, and other resources. Implement structured knowledge management practices to ensure all training content is up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible. Ensure timely dissemination of updates and training modules to all relevant stakeholders. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with the Product, Operations, and Sales leadership to align training goals with business objectives . Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training methodologies and content. Desired Experience: Experience: 4-8 years in a dedicated training role, preferably in healthcare, hospital operations, or medical device industry. Domain Expertise: Prior exposure to nursing, hospital environments, or healthcare operations strongly preferred. Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design engaging, effective training programs both in-person and remotely. Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel) or relevant training tools. Willingness to travel (~10 days/month) across India for on-site training programs. Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and coordinate with multiple teams. Degree or certification in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Training Development is a plus. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design preferred. Multilingual capability is an advantage for pan-India training. Analyse the requirement of training for each areas of nursing. Should conduct training classes for each and every employee about infections and their prevention/control. Should participate in teams and all necessary meetings and coordinate with the other team members. Should maintain all nursing records in accordance with local service and professional standards. To implement changes in the organization in response to patient/employees need and service demands. Should teach all employees regarding the different color codes of biomedical waste and there are of disposal. Should conduct classes periodically and maintain a log book or register for the meeting. Should adhere and implement the organization policies and procedures for a successful organization. Ensure appropriate staff training in infection control and safety management and training of health care workers. Should abide the leave policies and procedures and inform head before availing any leave. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Facilitate in the induction programme & ensure all staff of the unit has undergone induction. Conduct test & certify nurses in induction on basic skills. Assess & identify any learning need of staff in his / her area and then plan to organize and execute retraining for them. Assist nursing educator in making protocols, Training calendar, care plans & audit checklist Conducts monthly audits as per standards To give incidental teachings on rounds & demonstrate skills whenever appropriate. To conduct mock code drills - Code Blue, Code Pink, Code Red, Code Violet, Code black, Code grey etc. To keep a record of in-service attendance of staff and motivate those with less attendance. To assist nursing educator in conducting practical exams for trainees. Maintain unit specific Competency & Privileging sheets To enhance knowledge, critical thinking, skills & competence of nurses who provide care on the clinical units. To develop, implement & evaluate clinical based education to meet the competency & learning needs of all levels of nurses. To enhance patient safety, risk management & patient care within the clinical unit in collaboration with Sister in Charges & other stakeholders To assist in organising workshops, Seminars & Conferences along with the Nurse Educator To maintain documents pertaining to training imparted & competencies developed amongst nurses; which shall help in privileging the nurses
