Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced NTT Preschool Teacher to join our team at ICON Group Of Schools in Gurgaon Sector 84. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for working with young children.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote learning and development in preschool students.
Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to achieve common goals.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other relevant information.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching preschool students.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with young children and their families.
Familiarity with IT services and consulting industry is an added advantage.
