Role & responsibilities Responsible for activities related to construction and commissioning on customer site, mechanical erection and commissioning works. Principal Accountabilities To achieve project milestone in schedule time. Drive mechanical execution works and generate fronts from other departments. Customer interaction / handling at project site. Nature & Scope Knowledge and command in execution of Absorber erection works including Mist eliminators, Spray Headers, Agitators, Basic knowledge and experience in C276 welding, Titanium welding etc. Complete knowledge of site infrastructure, execution plan, time schedule. EHS Plan, Site execution plan etc. Conduct and execute daily/ weekly and monthly plans with subcontractors to achieve planned target with comprehensive reports. Strategically execute the site erection plan as per site condition. Strategically manage the site schedule, progress of works and resource drawn word. Execute site as per MPWI EHS and QA/QC plan. Executing the project within construction budget and achieve all project milestones. Person Profile Educational Qualification Mechanical Degree above 60% (bachelor/ master). Appropriate experience in power plant structure construction and FGD structure Construction works. Good proficiency in English. Experience 5 to 12 years of experience in the field of power plant construction and FGD project. Specific Skills Knowledge of FGD systems concept to commissioning with project scope. Role of a Tender Executive: The Tender Executive plays a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of tendersfrom identifying opportunities to submitting bids—ensuring that the organization participates in competitive tenders effectively and in compliance with all legal and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Tender Identification & Tracking Monitor various tender portals (e.g., CPP, GEM, E-procurement) and publications. Shortlist relevant tenders based on company’s business domain. Tender Documentation Collect, prepare, and format all documents required for tender submission. Coordinate with finance, technical, legal, and operations teams for input. Tender Submission Fill out tender forms and upload documents on portals within deadlines. Ensure all technical, commercial, and statutory requirements are met. Compliance & Accuracy Double-check BOQs, eligibility documents, certificates, and EMD/BG formats. Ensure that all documentation follows client and legal guidelines. Liaison & Coordination Communicate with tendering authorities, vendors, and internal departments. Resolve queries related to bids or document clarification. Post-Submission Follow-Up Track bid status, attend pre-bid meetings, and respond to queries. Maintain records of submissions and tender results. Reporting Prepare reports on submitted tenders, upcoming bids, and results. Maintain and update the tender log sheet/database. Key Skills of a Tender Executive: Tender Portal Expertise Knowledge of government e-procurement portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM, E-Tender, NTPC, ONGC, etc.) Experience with online document submission and digital signatures. Documentation & Compliance Strong understanding of tender documentation (eligibility, technical, financial). Ability to ensure complete and error-free submissions. Role & responsibilities : Oversee execution of civil works at NTPC Patratu site including cooling tanks, storage sheds , and other related RCC and structural works Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly work plans in coordination with the planning team Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications Supervise and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors Ensure proper layout, leveling, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing Liaise with BHEL site engineers , consultants, and internal project managers for approvals, inspections, and issue resolution Maintain all site documentation , including DPRs, RA bills, measurement books, and material records Coordinate and support MEP services where overlapping with civil scope Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards as per PSU guidelines Assist in material planning, reconciliation , and timely procurement follow-ups Review and monitor project progress , highlight risks or delays, and suggest corrective actions Conduct regular site meetings, report progress to HO, and ensure client satisfaction Preferred candidate profile B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering 10+ years of experience in civil construction, including industrial/infra projects (cooling tanks, machine foundations, sheds, tanks, etc.) Hands-on experience with PSU projects like BHEL, NTPC, IOCL, or similar will be preferred Sound knowledge of pile/RCC work , bar bending schedules, BOQs, and QA/QC processes Proficient in reading structural and architectural drawings Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (viewing), and email communication Strong leadership and contractor/vendor management skills Willing to work full-time on-site in Jharkhand
